Practical AI
Exploring where AI can help with real business work, with a clear job to do and a person responsible for the result.
Ongoing exploration
Built around the work.
My interest in AI starts with a task: finding the right information, preparing a draft, making a handoff clearer, or reducing repetitive work. The value comes from how well the result fits the person who needs to use it.
In my own business, I work with AI tools, local models, and connected workflows. The important decisions are often practical ones: which information a tool needs, what it can change, and when a person should review the result.
For a new business, I begin with its existing applications and a specific outcome. We check what those tools can support, try a bounded example, and use what we learn to scope the next step. A useful small improvement is a strong place to start.
This is ongoing work: trying a bounded example, learning from the result, and deciding what deserves another iteration.
What’s involved
- Workflow discovery and integration checks
- Practical working sessions for business owners
- Local AI setup and tool guidance
- Small pilots with clear review and success criteria
The work keeps moving.
Tell me what you’re trying to do and the tools you already use. We’ll start with a conversation and work out a useful next step.
