Talya CRM
A working home for the information behind a roofing job, built around the way my own business operates.
Internal business system
Built around the work.
A roofing project has a lot of moving pieces: conversations, photographs, estimates, documents, invoices, and the next thing someone needs to do. The useful question is how to keep that context connected throughout the job.
Talya CRM is the internal application I build for my own business. It brings customer and project workflows into a shared system, with tools for estimates, invoicing, and the information the team needs to keep work moving.
Building for a business I operate creates a direct feedback loop. The everyday work shows where a screen is confusing, where information gets repeated, and where an extra check matters. Those observations guide the next improvement.
Useful business software grows from the workflow. I start with the existing tools and responsibilities, then look for the connection, clearer process, or custom application that would help.
