Aquacurean: behind the bar
An archival festival moment from my food-and-beverage chapter.

I moved from Antalya to Savannah on July 4, 2015. From 2015 to 2021, before roofing, I worked across food and beverage: bartending, managing the bar, serving, bussing and banquets. Whatever the service needed, I did it.
An archival moment
This Aquacurean festival film includes me working as a bartender. My role in this archive is behind the bar; I did not make or edit the film. It is a moment from that chapter of my working life, included here alongside the other kinds of work I have done.

More than one role
I also studied Tourism and Hospitality Management at Akdeniz University. That background and the different food-and-beverage roles belong in this portfolio together. Hospitality was not just bartending: it included whatever needed attention during service.
This archive catches one visible moment from that wider chapter. Today, the portfolio continues into roofing, websites and software, without leaving that earlier work out of the picture.
